We bought a new washer and dryer and the first wash resulted in the washer flooding my home due to the discharge hose not being installed. We were told to call your Company and I can say that a horrible experience was made more bearable and actually pleasant by your staff. Especially Josh. He was so courteous and kind and caring and worked with us on times to check in on the progress of the drying of floors and walls.
