Mold in apartment in Warren County

This apartment was under ground on 2 sides. The tenant was not running the air conditioning and the humidity became high within the unit. A Industrial Hygienist was employed to preform testing and provide the protocol for mitigation.We removed all carpet, some drywall, and the kitchen cabinets. We placed an air scrubber per the protocol, HEPA vacuumed the walls and all horizontal surfaces. We applied an antimicrobial sealant to all surfaces.  After receiving a positive clearance test we preformed the reconstruction on the project. New drywall was installed and finished where it had been removed. Walls and ceilings were painted, new baseboard, cabinets, and carpet were installed. As you can see on the after photo the new kitchen looked great.
