Mold In Rehabilitation Facility
This cleanup was at a Rehabilitation Facility. The upstairs unit had a bathroom leak which caused the downstairs unit to have mold issues. The entire area needed to be gutted disposed of properly to ensure mold spores would not become airborne and travel further throughout the facility. The drywall was then replaced and the upstairs unit was taken care of as well. If you are dealing with apartment units or some type of facility that is not always inhabited it is easy for mold to go unnoticed in areas that are only occupied for part time or less. It is advised that any project manager or landlord check unoccupied homes often in case of situations as such.
