Helping Customers When they Feel Overwhelmed
This was in the basement of an elderly lady that could not go down into the basement. She developed a leak in a hot water line at the water heater that went undetected for some time. It probably was leaking for several weeks before it was discovered. She had lived in this home for many years and had a lot of affected content items in the basement. We moved many contents up and outside so the customer could inspect them and decide which items she wanted to keep and what could be disposed of. We used Dry Ice blasting to remove the mold from the structure and cleaned up the contents she wanted to keep. Luckily she had insurance coverage for this loss.
