Fire damaged home in Troy
This home in Troy had a dehumidifier in the basement that caught fire and burned out without causing further fire damage. The soot damage however was very extensive throughout both levels of the home. We preformed the cleanup, demolition, and reconstruction. The basement level, where this photo was taken, was stripped down to the studs. We then applied a sealer to all surfaces in the basement to control the odor, replaced the furnace, light fixtures, installed new drywall, doors, and trim. On the main level we were able to leave the drywall in place and apply sealer to the existing drywall, doors, and trim. Replaced the carpet and the cabinets.
