Mold on basement wall

This was a vacant house that developed some mold growth. The real estate agent had a buyer and needed the mold mitigated before the sale could go through. We removed the carpet and affected drywall. We placed and ran an air scrubber for a few days to capture airborne mold spores. We then cleaned the structural members and the concrete floor with an anti-microbial agent. We provided a letter detailing the steps we followed to mitigate the mold and submitted that to the buyer. After the receipt of our letter the buyer accepted that as a resolution to the mold issue and the sale moved forward.
