Water Through Ceiling

During heavy rains and winds water could leak through your roof. Through the years roofs weaken causing water to seep through. This means wet drywall and ceilings. It could also mean a potential for mold growth if not taken care of in a timely matter. The first sign of a leaky roof is discoloration on drywall and ceilings. The water leak itself could be strong enough to cause bulging ceiling tiles or drywall. If bulging ceiling tile becomes visible you should put a bucket underneath and poke a hole in tile to let water seep out slowly instead of bursting through and potentially ruining the floor below.
